Forties (40's) Novelty Keycap

Novelty keycaps with the 40% Keyboards Discord server logo. 

The 2x2u keycap does not need or use stabs. It's mainly used in POS terminals but has also been used in the custom keyboard community in macro pads or as a blocker keycap.
